After all, a nursing mother is still "eating for two" - even more so than during gestation, in fact, as the baby requires more calories as an independent person than as a fetus. Therefore, I snack a lot. I just finished a rather large serving of yogurt. Now, when I eat yogurt, I have a tendency to load it up with miscellaneous embellishments - whatever is available.
