Nutrition?

One thing about nursing a baby is that it has a tendency to make one rather hungry, fairly frequently. After all, a nursing mother is still "eating for two" - even more so than during gestation, in fact, as the baby requires more calories as an independent person than as a fetus. Therefore, I snack a lot. I just finished a rather large serving of yogurt. Now, when I eat yogurt, I have a tendency to load it up with miscellaneous embellishments - whatever is available. I've done granola before, which I quite like, but I haven't any, right now, so this evening's concoction included coconut, chocolate chips (I even stack these with the granola), and, just for amusement, some caramel ice cream topping. So, what I want to know is: Do I get credit for health-ifying my junky stuff, or demerits for junk-ifying my healthy stuff?
